As COP16 attracts a record 23,000 registered delegates to Colombia, according to organizers, its president Susana Muhamad says "complex" discussions are still underway on how to meet biodiversity targets.
To unlock more funds, "it would be very helpful if developed countries could increase the messages that they are going to meet the development financing target" before leaving Cali, says Muhamad in an interview with AFP. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES [TO COMPLETE 36L43PU_EN]
