'We are going to organise a number of operations over the coming days and weeks to put an end to drug trafficking,' says the new Prefect of Brittany and Ille-et-Vilaine, during a visit to the outskirts of the Maurepas district in Rennes, currently in the grips of a scourge of drug-related gang violence.
