Moldova prepares for a tight presidential vote on November 3 as pro-European incumbent Maia Sandu faces Alexandr Stoianglo, a challenger who wants closer ties with Moscow. Only two weeks before, Sandu won an EU membership referendum by a very thin margin, and now admits she is in a "difficult fight" in the second round of the presidential vote, after taking nearly 42.5 percent of the vote in the first round. 'The future is at stake.
