People took to the streets overnight in the Botswana capital Gaborone, to celebrate the victory of the opposition party UDC, paving the way for its candidate, human rights lawyer Duma Boko to become the next president of the country."I am happy that there will be change though i know the change will not happen right away but eventually it will," says resident Isaac Morapedi.
