Pollution spewing rickshaws and barbeque restaurants have been banned from operating in parts of Pakistan's second-largest city of Lahore this week, as choking smog envelopes the sprawling metropolis. But for some, the stoppage could also have economic consequences. “These restrictions could cause unemployment to increase,” says one worker.
