Despite the match starting around midnight due to the time difference, hundreds of dedicated T1 fans gathered at LoL Park, an e-sports venue in central Seoul, to cheer on their beloved team. The reigning World Champions and 2022 finalists, South Korean team T1 and their icon "Faker", are going for their fifth world title as they take on China's Bilibili Gaming at the League of Legends World Championship in London. The common denominator of all T1 titles, Sang-hyeok "Faker" Lee, a League of Legends icon for over a decade and a firm favourite with the public, is looking to continue writing his legend.
