Residents of the Nur Shams refugee camp, in the northern occupied West Bank, worry about their future as the office of the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees was severely damaged in a recent Israeli raid. "For the refugees, mainly in the camp... they look to UNRWA as their mother; so imagine if they lost their mother," says Hanadi Jaber Abu Taqa, an agency official in charge of the northern West Bank, as the UN agency's future hangs in the balance after Israel's parliament banned UNRWA from operating in Israel and occupied east Jerusalem.
