Flood water covers roads, leaving cars stranded in areas near the northeastern Spanish city of Barcelona after heavy rain hit the region on Monday. After deadly flooding in parts of the country's south and east last week, the fresh downpours sparked transport chaos and raised fears of fresh floods.
