NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says on Thursday he wants to work alongside US President-elect Donald Trump in tackling the 'dangerous new developments' concerning North Korea's entry into Russia's invasion of Ukraine. "What we see more and more is that North Korea, Iran, China, and of course Russia are working together, working together against Ukraine," Rutte tells reporters ahead of the European Political Community summit in Budapest.
