At a press conference, Anticor announced that it had filed a complaint in Paris against the People&Baby private nursery group for fraud and misappropriation of public funds: 'There has been a lack of action on the part of the public authorities, which Anticor is seeking to overcome by filing a complaint based on the facts revealed by Victor Castanet', explained Paul Cassia, president of the anti-corruption association.
