The Cairo International Film Festival opens its 45th edition at Cairo Opera House with focus on Palestinian cinema and culture.
"We have nearly four or five [Palestinian] movies, the festival will open with a Palestine movie called "From ground zero", says head of the Cairo Film Festival Hussein Fahmy. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
