Ukraine's struggle with corruption, persistent since the fall of the Soviet Union, remains a significant challenge, with several high-profile cases of alleged embezzlement of reconstruction funds emerging throughout the war with Russia. In a bid to boost transparency, Kyiv has launched a platform called 'DREAM' listing all open projects and enable investors, journalists and others to track the progress of construction projects, said its head Viktor Nestulia.
