The passage of Tropical Storm Sara through northern Honduras has resulted in one death, several rivers overflowing, flooded roads, and isolated communities, as it slowly moves toward Belize and Guatemala. Northern Honduras is on red alert, with at least 47,000 people affected by the rains and floods. Around 143 communities have been reported as isolated due to river flooding and land inundation; even a bridge over a river collapsed under the force of the water. IMAGES
