Tanzania's Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa attends a memorial for the victims of a deadly building collapse as rescuers continue to reach people still trapped under the rubble. "So far, 16 deaths have been reported, and we have received a directive from Her Excellency the President Samia Suluhu to continue rescue operations day and night to ensure we save the lives of our people and make sure that until last person is rescued," Majaliwa says at the memorial in Dar es Salaam.
