India's capital chokes as a toxic smog continues to blanket the city. New Delhi authorities extended on Tuesday an order for all schools to switch to online classes, and added to restrictions on diesel-powered trucks and construction in a bid to ease the smog. The air quality recorded Tuesday was slightly better than the previous day, but still 20 times higher than the WHO daily safe limit. IMAGES
