The five largest European Union countries have backed a proposal to issue joint defence bonds to bolster the bloc's defence industry, says Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski. "I think this is the first time, here in Warsaw, that the five largest countries in the European Union have come out in favour of European defence bonds.
