SHORT PROFILE of Yamandu Orsi, Uruguay's leftist presidential candidate in the November 24 elections. With more than 99 percent of votes counted, Orsi had 43.9 percent against Delgado's 26.7 percent during the first round of elections, electoral court results showed.
