Brazil's environment minister Marina Silva addresses a press conference at COP29. The country proposes that developed countries contribute $300 billion a year by 2030 to help developing nations tackle global warming, higher than the $250 billion outlined in COP29's draft deal. "We'll be working right up to the last minute to make sure we don't bring the multilateral system into disrepute when it comes to tackling climate change," said Silva.
