EU top diplomat Josep Borrell criticises double standards regarding the International Criminal Court (ICC), speaking on the second day of the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Fiuggi, Italy. His remarks came after the court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defence officer Yoav Gallant, as well as a Hamas leader, Ibrahim Al-Masri.
