A US-based expert on Arab politics says the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah "looks as if it is going to contain" the Lebanese group, but warns about challenges to its implementation. "The (Lebanese, ed) army is capable of containing Hezbollah (...) This is not a matter of the army's capability. It's a matter of political decision," says Hanin Ghaddar, a senior fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
