As Namibians vote in a pivotal presidential and legislative elections that could upset the ruling South West Africa People's Organisation's (SWAPO) 34-year grip on power, opposition candidate, Panduleni Itula, from the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) party expresses his confidence in the outcome. "We are extremely optimistic, extremely hopeful of the results and we know that we will emerge victorious," he says.
