Description
The foreign ministers of the member countries open the LXV Mercosur Summit in Montevideo, in which the heads of state of the regional organization will participate on December 6. The summit is taking place within the framework of an arduous negotiation for a trade agreement between Mercosur and the European Union. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, arrives in Montevideo to meet with the presidents of Mercosur. IMAGES
