Argentina's President Javier Milei says that he "hates the State" as he delivers a speech during a meeting of the Marketing Managers Association of Uruguay (ADM), after participating in the LXV Mercosur Summit. "I am an anarcho-capitalist because I hate the State, because the State is a criminal, violent association that lives off of a coercive source of income, which are the taxes," says Milei.
