Description
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says that Syria must not be allowed to fall into the hands of "terrorist" rebels fighting the forces of Moscow's ally President Bashar al-Assad. The top diplomats from Iran, Turkey and Russia are meeting in Qatar for talks on Syria, where rebel forces have taken parts of the country in a lightning offensive.
