STOCKSHOTS of Berbera Port in Somalia's breakaway region Somaliland, as Somalia and Ethiopia reach a breakthrough deal aimed at ending tensions in the Horn of Africa region. Following hours of Turkish-brokered talks, Ankara announced late on Wednesday that an "historic" agreement had been reached.
