"All we heard was the sound of an explosion at night, but other than that we had no idea where it happened. Now we came here to the Radar, that's what the neighbourhood is called, it's a hill with a radar centre on it, and we're checking the damage," recounts Tartus resident Ahmad Ali Hussein at the site of Israeli airstrikes on a radar site that belonged to ousted president Bashar al-Assad's military.
