Dressed as Spiderman, Captain America and Superwoman, volunteer mountaineers head down to a paediatric oncology hospital in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, to bring presents to its young patients for the end-of-year festivities. Taking place for a fourth year in a row, the superheroes' goal is to offer the children -- and their parents -- a gesture to lift their spirits.
