Emergency services in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson help the wounded and attend the dead after a deadly Russian strike hit a local market and department store in the city centre. "From here, we took I think four or five critical, injured patients" says Nary Duarte, a volunteer rescue technician, "down three blocks away, most people were dead".
