"They wanted their revenge," says US-Canadian anti-whaling activist Paul Watson, following Denmark's decision not to extradite him to Japan and to instead release him from detention in Greenland, where he was arrested in July on a Japanese warrant. Speaking during an interview with AFP, the 74-year-old Sea Shepherd founder asks "how can a nation like Japan commit blatant violations of international law without any legal consequences?
