Volunteers in Marseille are rallying to send critical aid to cyclone-hit Mayotte as the French overseas territory struggles with water shortages and severe devastation. “There are people who have nothing to start with so after all this, everyone lost everything, and it's going to be complicated to rebuild as time goes by, so if everyone can come and help, things will move forward more quickly”, says one of the volunteers, Ben Yamine Halifa.
