Film industry figures and members of the public pay their respects to Spanish actor Marisa Paredes, who died on Tuesday December 17 at the age of 78. Paredes started acting at 14 and appeared in more than 75 movies across her career, achieving international fame by starring in many films by leading director Pedro Almodovar. "Those who love her keep loving her in present tense," says actor Bibi Andersen, "because her movies are still here as a testimony of what she was, of what she is and what she'll always be."
