Gisèle Pelicot leaves the Avignon courthouse after the verdict in the ‘historic’ Mazan mass rape trial, in which all 51 defendants were found guilty of the offences of rape, attempted rape and sexual assault, and received sentences ranging from three years‘ imprisonment, two of which suspended, to 20 years’ imprisonment.
