During a joint press conference with EU chief Ursula Von der Leyen in Bern, Switzerland's President Viola Amherd says she is "delighted" about Von der Leyen's visit and the "substantive conclusion of the negotiations between Switzerland and the European Union." Bern and Brussels are seeking to simplify and harmonise their ties, which are currently governed by a tangle of more than 120 separate agreements. SOUNDBITE
