Courtroom sketch showing the eight defendants in the Paty trial listening to the verdict. The Paris Special Assize Court found them all guilty of involvement in the murder of the professor Samuel Paty. Paty was killed in October 2020 by 18-year-old Abdoullakh Anzorov, who beheaded the teacher who had shown cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed in class. PHOTOS
