Description
The Israeli military uses a truck to transport a Syrian tank from the UN-patrolled buffer zone separating the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights from Syrian territory, near the Druze village of Majdal Shams. Since Islamist-led rebels toppled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Israel, in a move widely condemned internationally, has sent troops into a UN-patrolled buffer zone in the Golan Heights and beyond, calling it a defensive and temporary measure.
