The Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Society, an association that fights loneliness and poverty, welcomes people in vulnerable situations to share a Christmas meal of solidarity. Prepared by volunteers with numerous donations from local shopkeepers, this festive lunch enables Christine Malgat to escape her loneliness for a while: “I've lost a lot of people (in my family) over the last few years.
