Description
China warns the United States that it does "not tolerate interference" after the US State Department called Hong Kong's announcement of bounties on six democracy campaigners based overseas "a form of transnational repression".
"Hong Kong affairs are purely China's internal affairs, and we do not tolerate interference and meddling by any external power," foreign ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning says at a regular press briefing.
