Police officers stand outside a Serbia-backed municipal office which has a "notice of temporary suspension of activity" on its entrance door, after Kosovo authorities raided 10 Belgrade-linked local government offices in ethnic Serb areas, according to the interior ministry, with Serbia calling the move a "dangerous escalation" just weeks ahead of parliamentary elections in Kosovo.
