SHORT PROFILE of activist Konstantin Kotov, who has reportedly fled to Lithuania after being accused in Russia of donating 3,000 rubles (30 euros) to Alexei Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation. Kotov, who previously served prison time for breaking Russian protest laws in 2019, was placed under house arrest last August and charged in November, according to the OVD-Info rights group.
