Syrian refugees in Jordan's Zaatari camp, one of the largest in the world in terms of population, prefer waiting before deciding to return back to Syria following the ousting of president Bashar al-Assad. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which partly manages the camp, has noted a few returns to Syria, but only a minority, while the EU, represented by crisis management chief Hadja Lahbib, is hoping for their voluntary return.
