Several thousand opponents of abortion rally in Paris as part of a ‘March for Life’ fifty years after the passing of Simon Veil's law. The demonstration is organised every year to mark the anniversary of the legislation which legalised abortion in France in 1975. "I had an abortion that I regret, and if I had known everything I know now, I would have done things differently", explained one participant at the rally.
