Eight people lost their lives in a fire at a retirement home in a village near Belgrade, the Serbian capital, while thirteen residents were rescued by firefighters, says Luka Causic, head of the emergency department of the Serbian Interior Ministry.
According to Mr Causic, one of the residents of this establishment is suspected of having started the fire. SOUNDBITE
