After a teenager admitted the murder of three young girls in a stabbing spree that triggered riots in the seaside resort of Southport in July last year, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says "the tragedy of the Southport killings must be a line in the sand for Britain," as a public inquiry was announced yesterday.
