Nicolas Bazire's lawyer hails a "fair and enlightened decision", as the Paris Court of Appeal, thirty years on, acquits ex-French prime minister Edouard Balladur's former campaign manager in a case involving kickbacks from arms deals with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
