Shiite pilgrims in Iraq's capital Baghdad mark the anniversary of the death of the 8th-century Imam Musa al-Kadhim, carrying a symbolic coffin to his shrine. Many of the pilgrims have travelled on foot from various Iraqi provinces to commemorate al-Kadhim's death. He is believed to have been poisoned by agents of the ruling Abbasid caliph Harun al-Rashid.
