Description
Winds bring choppy seas to Dover, southern England, home to the United Kingdom's main international ferry terminal for traffic to Europe across the English Channel. Dover falls under a Met Office yellow wind warning in place until early Tuesday 28 January. The winds come days after Storm Éowyn battered Ireland and Scotland. IMAGES
