Description
Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Milos Vucevic address the nation after thousands of student protesters blocked a major road junction in Belgrade to put pressure on the government over a fatal collapse of a train station roof in November. Vucic defends his government's response to the Novi Sad tragedy while Vucevic vows to open a dialogue with the protesters. There have been almost daily roadblocks and protests throughout the country since 15 people died in the northern city of Novi Sad on November 1 at a recently renovated train station, with many in Serbia blaming corruption and poor construction oversight for the roof's collapse.
