A "childhood dream" has come true for French chef Paul Marcon as he wins top prize in the world's most prestigious cooking competition. Marcon emerged first in the Bocuse d’Or competition ahead of Denmark and Sweden, following in his father's footsteps who won the award thirty years ago.
