Serbian Prime Minister Milos Vucevic explains the reasons for his resignation, announced after almost three months of major protests following the fatal collapse of a train station roof in November. Speaking at a press conference in which he made the announcement, he says he is "objectively responsible" for the tragedy, in which 15 people were killed and two seriously injured.
