Thousands of people demonstrate in Burkina Faso in support of their country's withdrawal from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). "ECOWAS is one of the strings of our enslavement that was cut cleanly on 28 January 2024", said Burkina Faso's Prime Minister Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo.
